An Au Pair is the young person who will come to your family as your family member. He/she will take a good care of you children and will help you with the light housework. We carefully select our applicants, who have to meet the requirements set by China Au Pair Association.There are main requirements to our applicants:
Age : 18-29 years old
Languages : Language preferable by family is Native or on Advanced level
Education Background : High school or above
Personality/ Experience : Mature, independent, like children, positive, outgoing, energetic.
Must have : No criminal record and Be in good health
An Au Pair will assist you in childcare and your housework, and participate in your family activities for 30 hours a week. He cannot do any manual labor as house repair, gardening, washing windows etc. An Au Pair comes to your house to share his/her language, culture and experience with you and your children.
